Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy:

You may return most items, items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be as they were received.  We will pay the return shipping costs if  the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 

Inflatable Plugs are not Manufactured by Starlight .You have 30 days after purchase to return or exchange inflatable plugs. They must be returned with original packaging and invoice of order. No exceptions. Returned Inflatable Plugs will be shipped to the Original Manufacturing Company for review. Typically, they will supply a replacement if the plug was defective. If manufacture determines it is due to misuse, such as: overinflation, or use in a pipe-which was not smooth, and may have had burrs, inflatable will not be warrantied . Any damage due do to foreign substance (ex: glue..etc) voids warranty.  We have no control on how long the return, review and determination of the Original Manufacturing Company process will take. We have no control on process or determination of warranty of inflatables. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping:

We attempt to be prompt in our shipping. Depending upon current volume of orders there may be some delay. But we try and ship within a day or two of ordering.  If you want something overnight or immediately, it's important, to contact us and verify that the item is in stock. There are times-when we have large orders going out which may deplete stock. 

 

 International Shipping: Starlight Manufacturing does not pay for any additional taxes or tariffs. For best rates on shipping please contacts directly.  We will process order and find you best rate possible.
